Edgewater Beach Apartments boast 11 newly upgraded guest rooms. New carpeting and blinds were installed in 2002. Shareholders may reserve a room for overnight guests. Rooms are equipped with telephones, televisions, alarm clocks and private baths. Maid service is also provided. Additional cots are available. Some guest rooms still maintain the antique furniture & paintings from the Edgewater Hotel.
